Terms of Service
1. Who You Are Contracting With
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and PrimeVision Group L.L.C-FZ, a limited liability company in the Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, trading as Rove Setups ("Rove", "we", "us", "our").
They govern your use of rovesetups.com, all language versions of it, and any purchase you make through it (together, the "Store").

Orders placed before 23 September 2026 were contracted with DuoView Pro, Inc. Those contracts stay with that company.
By browsing the Store, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Store.
Our Shipping & Returns Policy and Cookie Policy are part of these Terms.
2. Eligibility
To place an order you must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and legally able to enter into a contract. By ordering you confirm that you meet these requirements.
We sell to consumers for personal and business use. We do not sell for resale, and we may cancel orders that appear to be placed by resellers, including multiple orders of the same item to the same address or payment method.
We may refuse to sell to, or ship to, any person, region or country at our discretion, including where sanctions, export controls or import restrictions apply.
3. Your Account
You do not need an account to browse, but you need one to track orders and manage returns. Accounts are provided through Supabase.
You agree to give accurate information and keep it current, to keep your password confidential, and not to share, sell or transfer your account. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us immediately at support@rovesetups.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
We may suspend or close an account that is used for fraud, that repeatedly violates these Terms, or that was created with false information. If we close your account, this does not affect orders already accepted and paid for.
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings or by emailing us. See our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.
4. Products and Descriptions
We describe our products as accurately as we can, including dimensions, weight, resolution, port configuration and compatibility.
Screen colours, finishes and materials may look different on your device than in person, because of your display settings and calibration. Photographs and renders are illustrative.
Compatibility statements (for example USB-C DisplayPort Alt Mode support on macOS and Windows) depend on your own hardware, cables, operating system version and drivers. Check your device's specifications before ordering. If a product does not work with your device, this is covered by our returns policy, not by a claim that the product is defective.
We may change specifications, discontinue products, or limit quantities at any time. Where we change a specification after you have ordered but before we ship, we will tell you and let you cancel for a full refund.
5. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a completed contract. The contract is formed when we send you a shipping confirmation email, not when you receive an order acknowledgement or when your payment is authorised.
We may decline or cancel an order, before or after payment, where:
- the product is out of stock;
- there was an error in the price, description or availability;
- we suspect fraud or a chargeback risk;
- we cannot verify the billing or shipping information;
- delivery to your address is not possible, or is restricted by law.
If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full to the original payment method. We will contact you using the email address, phone number or billing details you provided.
Once an order has entered fulfilment we may not be able to cancel or change it. Contact us as soon as possible and we will do what we can.
6. Prices, Taxes and Duties
Prices are shown in the currency selected in the Store and are the prices in effect when you place the order. Your order confirmation is the record of what you agreed to pay.
Duties and import taxes are included. We ship on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis: the price you pay at checkout includes applicable customs duties and import taxes for the destination country, and you will not be asked to pay the carrier on delivery.
If a carrier nonetheless invoices you for duties on a DDP shipment, send us the invoice at support@rovesetups.com and we will reimburse you.
Prices may change at any time. Changes do not affect orders we have already accepted.
7. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe, including card payments, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We do not receive or store your full card details.
By submitting payment information you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method and that the information is accurate. We may place an authorisation hold before the charge is taken.
If a payment is reversed, disputed or fails after we have shipped, we may suspend your account and recover the amount owed, including reasonable costs of collection.
Please contact us before opening a chargeback. Most disputes are faster to resolve directly, and a chargeback filed while we are already processing a refund can delay your money rather than speed it up.
8. Shipping, Delivery and Risk
Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. We ship from a network of fulfilment centres, and your order is handled by the facility best placed to serve your destination.
We aim to dispatch within the timeframe shown on the product page. If we cannot dispatch within 30 days of your order, we will tell you and you may cancel for a full refund.
Risk of loss. For consumers in the EEA and the United Kingdom, risk passes to you when you (or someone you nominate other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods. For all other customers, risk passes on delivery to the address you gave us. In both cases, if a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we will replace it or refund you and deal with the carrier ourselves.
Reporting visible damage. Report visible damage to the parcel or to the product immediately, and at the latest within 24 hours of delivery, with photographs of the outer carton and of the product. Please keep the packaging for 14 days, because the carrier may ask to inspect it. For consumers in the EEA and the United Kingdom this report is a matter of cooperation and not a loss of rights; your statutory rights are unaffected. Outside the EEA and the United Kingdom, the deadline is a condition of any claim for damage in transit or on delivery. Functional faults are not subject to this deadline; they are covered by section 10. Replacement or refund follows as soon as the unit reaches us and has been inspected, and we pay the return shipping. Full details are in our Shipping & Returns Policy.
We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs inspection, weather, strikes or other events outside our reasonable control, but we will keep you informed and you retain your cancellation and refund rights.
Full details are in our Shipping & Returns Policy.
9. Returns and Cancellation
Consumers in the EEA and the United Kingdom have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. No restocking fee applies, and you may unpack and test the product. That right and the deductions that can apply for diminished value are set out in our Shipping & Returns Policy. To withdraw, email support@rovesetups.com. Nothing in these Terms limits it.
Outside the EEA and the United Kingdom we offer a voluntary 14 day return window. You pay the return shipping, and because our products ship sealed and are resold as new, a restocking fee of 49 USD applies where the sealed inner packaging has been opened. The fee never applies to faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied items. The full conditions are in our Shipping & Returns Policy.
10. Warranty
We provide a one-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship, running from the date of delivery. The full terms, what is covered, what is not, and how to claim are in our Shipping & Returns Policy.
Mechanical damage is not a defect in materials or workmanship. A bent frame, bent or sheared hinges, displays that no longer sit straight, and panel damage caused by pressure or force come from handling and are not covered by the warranty. Where that damage came from the shipment, section 8 applies instead.
This warranty is in addition to, and does not replace, your statutory rights:
- EEA consumers have a legal guarantee of conformity of at least two years under Directive (EU) 2019/771 and national implementing law.
- UK consumers have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including that goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
- US consumers have implied warranties under state law and the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act.
11. Acceptable Use
You may use the Store only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- break any applicable law or regulation, or use the Store to facilitate illegal activity;
- infringe our intellectual property or anyone else's;
- submit false, misleading or fraudulent information, including in reviews or payment details;
- harass, threaten or abuse our staff or other customers;
- upload malicious code, or attempt to probe, scan, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Store or its infrastructure;
- scrape, crawl, spider or harvest data from the Store, or use automated tools to place orders, except for search engine crawlers obeying our robots.txt;
- circumvent rate limits, security controls or region restrictions;
- resell, reproduce or commercially exploit any part of the Store.
We may investigate suspected violations, remove content, suspend accounts, cancel orders and report conduct to law enforcement.
12. Reviews and Submissions
If you submit a review, photograph, testimonial, suggestion or other content ("Submissions"), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and display it in connection with the Store and our marketing.
You confirm that you own or have the rights to the Submission, that it is truthful, that it does not infringe anyone's rights, and that you have disclosed any payment, free product or other incentive you received in connection with it. Undisclosed incentivised reviews are prohibited and we will remove them.
We may edit, refuse or remove Submissions, but we are not obliged to monitor them. We do not pay for Submissions or feedback and are under no obligation to keep them confidential.
13. Intellectual Property
The Store, the Rove Setups name and logo, product names, designs, text, photography, video, graphics and their arrangement are owned by PrimeVision Group L.L.C-FZ or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.
You may view, download and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Everything else, including copying, republishing, modifying, distributing and using our marks, requires our prior written permission.
Third-party trademarks appearing on the Store (for example operating system or connector standards referenced for compatibility) belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. Their use does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
14. Copyright Complaints
If you believe material on the Store infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@rovesetups.com with "DMCA Notice" in the subject line, including:
- identification of the copyrighted work;
- identification of the material you say is infringing, and its URL;
- your name, address, telephone number and email address;
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner;
- your physical or electronic signature.
We will remove or disable access to material where a valid notice is received, and we may terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
15. Disclaimers
Except as expressly stated in these Terms and in our warranty, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Store is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the Store will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that defects will be corrected.
Information on the Store, including specifications, compatibility notes, stock levels and delivery estimates, is provided for general guidance. We may correct errors, inaccuracies and omissions at any time, including after you have placed an order.
This section does not limit the following, which cannot be excluded by law: the implied warranties applicable to products we sell during the period of our written warranty (Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, 15 U.S.C. § 2308); the statutory rights of EEA and UK consumers; and liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties. In those jurisdictions, the exclusions apply only to the extent permitted.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrimeVision Group L.L.C-FZ, its officers, directors, employees and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, business or goodwill, arising from or relating to the Store or any product bought through it, whether the claim is in contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, and even if we were advised such damages were possible.
Our total liability for all claims relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid us for that order.
Nothing in this section limits or excludes: our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence; for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; for defective products under applicable product liability law; the statutory rights of consumers in the EEA and the United Kingdom; or any other liability that cannot be limited by law. If you are a consumer in the EEA or the UK, this section applies only to the extent permitted by the consumer protection law of your country of residence.
17. Disputes outside the EEA
This section does not apply to consumers resident in the EEA, the United Kingdom or Switzerland. If that is you, section 18 applies.
Before starting court proceedings, send a written notice of the dispute to support@rovesetups.com describing the claim and what you want. We will do the same if we have a claim against you. Both sides will try to resolve the matter for 60 days.
If it is not resolved, the courts named in section 18 decide it. There is no arbitration.
18. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws of the Emirate of Dubai, as they apply to a company in the Meydan Free Zone. Conflict of laws rules do not apply. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
Consumers in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland: this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, including Article 6(2) of the Rome I Regulation where it applies. You may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
19. Termination
You may stop using the Store at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Store, or close your account, where you breach these Terms, where we suspect fraud, or where we discontinue the Store. Termination does not affect orders already accepted, amounts already owed, or your statutory rights.
Sections 12 to 20 survive termination.
20. General
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Shipping & Returns Policy, are the entire agreement between us about the Store, and replace any earlier understandings.
Changes. We may update these Terms. The version in force when you place an order is the version that governs that order. We will post updates here and change the "Last updated" date; where a change materially affects your rights, we will notify account holders by email at least 14 days in advance.
Severability. If a provision is held unenforceable, it is severed and the rest remains in force.
No waiver. If we do not enforce a right, that is not a waiver of it.
Assignment. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign ours, for example in a merger or sale of the business, without restriction, provided your rights are not reduced.
Force majeure. We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, epidemics, carrier failure, customs action, strikes, power or network outages.
Headings are for convenience only.
