Partner Programme Terms

1. Who These Terms Are With

These Partner Programme Terms ("Partner Terms") are a binding agreement between you and DuoView Pro, Inc., a Delaware C corporation trading as Rove Setups ("Rove", "we", "us"). Our address and contact details are in our Terms of Service.

They apply to the partner programme, to your partner account, and to every link and code we give you. Our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply as well. If they conflict with these Partner Terms on the programme, these Partner Terms win.

2. Joining

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or of legal age where you live, and able to enter into a contract.
  • You apply through the form on our partner page. What you tell us must be true and complete. You tell us about your real channels, not channels you do not run.
  • We read every application. We may accept or decline it, and we do not have to give a reason. Applying does not entitle you to anything.
  • A partner account is personal to you. Do not share it, sell it or hand it over.
  • If you are accepted, we send you an email with a link to set your password. That link works once and for 24 hours.

3. Your Relationship With Us

You are an independent partner, not our employee, agent, or representative. You decide when, how and where you promote ROVE, within these Partner Terms. You cannot make promises or sign anything on our behalf. We do not give you any exclusivity, and you may work with other brands.

4. Your Link and Your Code

When we accept you, you get:

  • a personal link (rovesetups.com/?ref= followed by your name),
  • a personal code, the same name in capitals, that gives your followers a discount (5% at the time of these Partner Terms), and
  • a one-time code for your own purchase (section 5).

How a sale is credited to you:

  • Link. When someone opens your link, we remember you for 30 days in a cookie on their device. If they buy within that time, the sale is credited to you.
  • Code. If someone enters your code at checkout, the sale is credited to you, even if they arrived through another link.
  • One commission per order. An order is credited to one partner at most. If a visitor came through your link but enters a different partner's code, the sale is not credited to you.
  • Not credited: your own orders, orders you place through someone else to get a commission, orders that were returned, refunded, cancelled or charged back, and orders we reasonably believe are fraudulent or placed in breach of these Partner Terms.

We count clicks once per visitor per day to show you your numbers. Numbers on your dashboard are for your information. The record of orders and commissions in our system is what counts.

5. Your Own Purchase

You may buy one device for yourself, once, with a one-time code that is 20% off at the time of these Partner Terms. It exists so you can make real content with the product: for example an unboxing, a desk tour or a day with your setup.

  • The code works only from your partner account and only once. Do not share it or sell it.
  • It covers one device per order.
  • A partner purchase cannot be returned, except where the product is defective or where the law gives you a right we cannot take away. At checkout you must confirm this. We record that you did and which version of these Partner Terms applied.
  • A partner purchase earns no commission and no store credit.
  • We expect you to use the product in your content and to link to us with your personal link. We may stop offering the one-time code to partners who do not.

6. Your Commission

  • Rate. You earn 10% of the commission base of each credited order. From the 10th credited order in a calendar month, you earn 15% on that order and on every later credited order in the same month. We count months in the time zone of Europe/Rome.
  • Commission base. The total the customer paid for the order, including any warranty bought with it, converted to US dollars at the rate we use for our reporting on the day the commission is booked. That rate is fixed for that commission. Amounts refunded to the customer are not part of the base.
  • When it is approved. A commission is approved 30 days after the order date, if the order has not been returned, refunded, cancelled or charged back by then.
  • When it is cancelled. If an order is returned, refunded, cancelled or charged back, or a payment dispute is opened, the commission is cancelled or held until the dispute ends. If we have already paid it, we may deduct the amount from your later commissions or payouts, or ask you to repay it.
  • Partial refunds. If part of an order is refunded, we may reduce the commission by the matching share.
  • We may change rates, thresholds, the discount or the waiting time for future orders. Section 14 explains how.

7. Payouts

  • We pay once a month, by hand, for the commissions that are approved and not yet paid.
  • A payout needs a balance of at least 50 US dollars. Smaller balances carry over to the next month.
  • We pay in US dollars, by PayPal or by international bank transfer. You enter your payout details in your dashboard. You are responsible for them being correct. We cannot recover a payment sent to details you gave us.
  • Fees your bank or PayPal charge to receive money are yours.
  • We may hold a payout while we look into suspected fraud, a breach of these Partner Terms or a payment dispute.
  • Nothing is owed on a commission before it is approved.

8. Taxes

You are responsible for your own taxes on what we pay you. We do not withhold anything unless the law requires it. If the law requires us to collect information from you or to report a payment, we will ask you for it and you agree to provide it. We may hold a payout until you do.

9. Tell People It Is an Ad

This is the one rule we care about most.

  • Mark every post, video, story or message that promotes ROVE as an advertisement or partnership, in the way the platform and the law of your country require. Do this in the content itself, not only in a profile or a link in a bio.
  • Say only what is true about the product. Do not promise prices, delivery times, returns or features that we do not offer, and do not make health, performance or other claims we have not made ourselves.
  • Follow the rules of every platform you use, and the law that applies to you.

10. What Is Not Allowed

You may not:

  • bid on ROVE, ROVE SETUPS or similar names or misspellings in paid search, or use them in a domain, app name or account name;
  • post your link or code on coupon, deal, cashback or voucher sites, or in forums and communities whose rules do not allow referral links;
  • send spam, or mass messages to people who did not ask for them;
  • use bots, fake accounts, paid clicks without a real audience, hidden or misleading redirects, or any method that places a cookie without a real visit from a real person;
  • place orders through other people or accounts to earn commission or the discount;
  • give the impression that you are Rove, or that we endorse you or your channel beyond this programme;
  • share, sell, post or trade your one-time code.

11. Our Name and Images

For as long as you are a partner you may use the product images, videos and logos that we provide or publish, to promote ROVE in line with these Partner Terms. You get no other rights. You may not change our logo or alter our product images in a way that misleads. We may ask you to remove content that breaks these Partner Terms, and you will do so promptly.

12. Your Data

We process the data you give us when you apply and as a partner: your name, email, country, channels, payout details and the activity on your account, such as clicks and orders credited to you. We keep payout details encrypted. We record clicks with a daily hash, not with a raw IP address or user agent. The cookie that remembers your link on a visitor's device lasts 30 days and is used only to credit a sale to the right partner.

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. For your own audience, you are responsible for what you collect and for telling them.

13. Suspending and Ending

  • You may stop at any time. Write to us, or stop using your link.
  • We may suspend or end your partner account at any time, with or without a reason. We will normally tell you why. We may suspend it straight away if we suspect fraud or a breach of these Partner Terms.
  • While an account is suspended, its link and code give no discount and earn no commission, and open commissions are held.
  • When the programme ends for you, we still pay commissions that were approved before the end and that are not tied to a breach, subject to section 7. Commissions that are not yet approved stay subject to section 6.
  • Sections 6 to 8, 12, 15 and 16 survive the end of these Partner Terms.

14. Changes

We may change these Partner Terms, the rates and the other conditions of the programme. We tell you by email at least 14 days before a change takes effect. A change applies to orders placed after it takes effect. If you do not agree, you may end your participation before then. Using your link or code after the change means you accept it.

15. No Guarantee, and Our Liability

We do not promise that you will earn anything, or that the programme or your dashboard will always be available or free of errors. We may change or end the programme.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you under these Partner Terms is limited to the commissions we owe you or paid you in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Partner Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intent, or for injury to life, body or health.

16. Governing Law

These Partner Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The state and federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, and both parties consent to personal jurisdiction there.

If you are a consumer in the EEA, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts there.
